"Coach a Child, change a life": Become a Reading or Math Coach!
Are you looking for a way to use your talents and make a meaningful contribution to our community?
One to One: Practicing Reading with Students and One to One: Practicing Math invites the Northern Kentucky community to play an integral role in helping struggling young students with the support they need to be successful. Each volunteer coach commits to meeti with a 1st-3rd grade student (as determined by school) 35 minutes once per week during the academic year. There are currently 43 particupating schools in Northern Kentucky. Coaches provide children with the time, attention, and opportunities to practice skills that will make a difference in their lives. This Voicemail will be forwarded to your Management Team and allow time for them to research your issue or request and get back with you. These Voicemails will also be logged into the ticket system so they can be tracked
Our NEW Customer Service Ticket system allows us to track all correspondence with the community so we can assure that every person is getting a timely and efficient reply. You will also be emailed a copy of your ticket as well as be able to see all of your tickets, both open and closed, anytime online.
This new system creates a organized and transparent customer service process that holds everyone accountable for delivering excellent customer service each and every time.
