Patio Homes, and Condo Units
One entrance to our location is at U.S. 27 and Bunning Lane
The other is at the stoplight at E. Alexandria Pk,  new Matinee Dr.

New books are added monthly.  We have many of the books by the following authors:  David Baldacci,
Janet Evanovich, Nora Roberts, Danielle Steele, John Grisham and James Patterson.  Some newly added historical fiction books are available as well by Pam Jenoff and Marie Benedict.  Stop by the library to pick up a book by one of your favorite authors or choose a book by a new author to read.

LARGE TRASH ITEMS

For single family homes and patio homes, as a reminder, if you have a large item that you want Rumpke to pick up from your home, call them at least 24 hours in advance at 859-472-7339.  For Condo owners, please do not place these large items at the dumpsters,  call someone to pick them up or take them yourselves to an agency

CITY OF COLD SPRING

As some of you may know, we do have a 'No Knock List' that you can request to be added to. If you wish to do so, you can find the form on our website www.coldspringky.gov under the forms tab, you can also call the office or stop in. Solicitors are required to purchase a permit from the City Building, and they are provided the ‘No Knock List’. They are required to show ID and give their license plate number. That information is then given to the Police Department so they can run background checks. Always ask to see their permit, if they do not have a permit, you should call Campbell County Dispatch at 859-292-3622.

COLD SPRING WEBSITE AND OTHER CITY POLICY NOTES

When walking your dog in our community, remember that it should be leashed.  Also, it is important to remember to immediately clean up after your pet. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste with and then dispose of it properly.

Temporary signs will not be allowed unless a permit is issued from the City Building. Signs attached to lamp posts, telephone poles etc. or in or upon any portion of a public sidewalk, street, or right-of-way are prohibited.                       

Real Estate signs are allowed without a permit, but only on the property being sold. Any signs placed in the city right-of-way are illegal and will be removed!

  Cascades at Granite Spring Lake
The lake and gazebo located behind the condo buildings on Slate View and Marble Way are for the use of homeowners in the Cascades at Granite Spring (condo and patio homes) ONLY!  That is because these two areas pay a quarterly fee for this area.All guests to the lake/gazebo must be accompanied by a Cascades homeowner at all times.  Please do not invite a guest to the lake/gazebo if you do not intend to accompany them for the duration of the time they are at the lake/gazebo.  The lake and the property surrounding are private property and any unauthorized person or anyone not accompanied by a Cascades homeowner is trespassing.

Cold Spring Park Info

Sunshine Park is located in the Granite Springs subdivision.
It has a picnic shelter, playground equipment, and basketball hoop and backboard

Municipal and Friendship parks can be reserved on weekends for a small fee. 
To do so, contact the city office at 441-9604.
