Landscapers Appreciation Lunch 2017
The photos below are from Appreciation Luncheon held in 2017 by our community for the landscape crew of Creative Image, our contractor, before they returned to Mexico. We held this in the club house great room. These gentlemen come here on a seasonal work visa from Mexico. Most of the Hispanic workers were born into very impoverished circumstances, and have worked very hard their entire lives to support themselves and families. They are honest, high character, dependable workers and genuinely good people. We appreciate the work effort and commitment to the service they provide Volunteers provided food for lunch. Leftovers were given to the workers to take to their seasonal home apartments to use. Each (12) was also given a $54.50 gift from the donations of our generous residents to also take with them back home.. . This is a heartwarming event and we hope to continue it each year
